T-Shirts, Shorts, Polos, and are recommended to be machine washed.
Knitwear and Shirting: Dry-clean recommended or Air dry.
Jackets and Outerwear: Dry-clean recommended.

Sondér New York is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. The buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Please note: We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Sondér New York is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

The return/exchange process may take 7 to 10 business days to process.
Your return may be refused for two reasons:
1. It was received after the 14-day return period for full price items.
2. The item(s) returned were deemed unacceptable and did not pass our quality inspection.
Items that are not accepted for return will be shipped complimentary back to the sender.
Once received and processed, you will receive a notification by email. You can also check your USPS return tracking number to see if we've received your package.
If you placed a successful order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after one hour, please contact us at info@sondernewyork.com to confirm the status of the order.
Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits to shipping addresses after 24 hours. If you contact us during or before the 24 hours are up, we can resolve that issue.
Any information you provide to Sondér New York will never be shared or sold to a third party under any circumstances.
